- All our toys are BIS certified. BIS Certification or BIS Registration issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) ensures the quality, safety and reliability of products in accordance with Indian Standards (IS).
- All our products are handmade by women artisans throughout India.
- Shipping Information
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 90 per product..We endeavor to ship the products typically within 2-3 working days of order placement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you the details of the consignment to allow you to check the status of your order. The typical delivery date shall be within 10 days of shipping and in some cases 12-15 days. *Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
1) If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered
, 2) If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact us on hello@happythreads4u.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number, delivery address, specify the reason for return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
